Stayed at LeMeridian a few years ago and found it to be quite nice. As I remember it, it was fairly quite at night allthough we did have noisy neighbors. The hotel was large, clean and very pretty. There gardens were very pretty. Service was good but I must say we tired of the food. The views were very nice and the beach was well kept and pleasent. Beware of European sun bathers as they dont seem to mind not wearing a tops. Still all in all I would reccomend this resort and stay there again myself. If it is in your budget though I would check out Las a mana resort. Said to be one of the best and from what Ive heard and seen of the resort I would like to stay there. Good luck to you. PS You must go to the Re

The hotel was large, clean and very pretty with french design. There gardens were very pretty. Service was average, and we did tire of the breakfast buffet after a couple of days. Other food rather pricey -- a 2 ltr bottle of water was $5 2 yrs ago. The views were very nice and the beach was well kept and pleasent. Down the road about 5 miles (towards Marigot Bay) is a little town of great restaurants! Must do that!

Went last March and had a great time. Took my two young children and they enjoyed it also. Beach is pretty and private, great for children. Hotel is off by itself so not great if you want a lot of night life. Car rental is available on site. Small shopping center at the marina has a market, shops, and less expensive cafe for casual food. Hotel food is expensive, but that is typical of most Caribbean resorts.
