Both are upmarket resorts with villas attached (would recommend taking a villa at either over staying in a room).
Round Hill is smaller, more elite but beach is small -- and also has good spa ; Half Moon has the better beach,
golf course. Pricing about the same at both for a villa. It's all a matter of which resort style you prefer.

kfitz96,
Congrats on your pending nuptials.
In addition to the excellent recommendations of the esteemed Tivertonhouse, I would suggest a villa at Tryall. They have a Jamaica wedding specialist on staff to make all the arrangements for you, wonderful villas, a great view from the Great House, an excellent golf course, and a good beach.
Call Dainty in reservations and let her tell you about Tryall and provide pricing.
