Firefly ? Money?

Hello,
My Husband and I decided on Firefly-But we were wondering-has anyone stayed there.
We were told that they don't take credit cards-you have to wire the money?
Does this sound correct?
I'd love some help

When we rented Yellow Bird, we wired the funds to the owner's bank in England...from our bank in Canada. I think our bank charged us about $40.00 for this transaction. Worked for us and shouldn't be a problem for you. Maybe telephone owner first to gain some confidence...we did that, too. Cheers, Richard.

Which island? There are several places in the Caribbean that have the name Firefly.

Be sure to catch dinner one night at Nesbit Plantation. It is a little pricey, but outstanding.

For Firefly on Nevis you'll have no problems if you wire the money. The owners are very reputable.

I hope you enjoy your stay. Nevis is a beautiful island.

I booked clients at Firefly and they wired the money with no problem.

The owner, Pia Lamb, is very friendly and helpful.

A website you might enjoy is www.discover-stkitts-nevis-beaches.com

Be sure to visit Sunshine's Beach Bar & Grill and Coconutgrove Restaurant.

How long will you be there? Take the ferry over to St. Kitts for a day trip.

Post a Trip Report when you return and have a great time!

Read a recent review of the Firefly that you might find helpful.

"Firefly are two cute secluded one bedroom cottages on stilts overlooking the Caribbean. They are simple but tastefully appointed and well maintained. Airconditioned, with ensuite baths, self-sufficient.

There's a larger cottage called Lambsdown located on the same property.

The grounds are attractive and you'll have good views of both the sea and Mt. Nevis. You'll need to rent a car while staying on this property but you are only a short 3-5 minute drive to the nearest beach. There are several restaurants and other beaches within 10-15 minutes.

The cottages are perfect for couples seeking a quiet and restful spot."

Hello Everyone!
Like I said before we are very excited about our trip to Nevis!
We never wired money before-but we got that all figured out!
Why we picked Firefly is because I heard many good things about it!
My husband and I are just looking for a nice little place-where we can relax-and it just seemed to be exactly what we were looking for!!
We plan on staying about 2weeks-and we do plan on vistin St.Kitts.
Since everyone has been sooo much help, I will write back about our trip!!
Can't wait!!
