Ferry to Rum Point
I've been to various sites and have the ferry schedule to Rum Point. I cannot locate the Hyatt Regency Canal to get the tickets. I know some old sites/forums say the ferry has been discontinued but the sites I am going to have 2013 info. Thanks.

same hotel, new name. i'd try phoning them.
last i knew the ferry was only in the evening for those wishing to dine at a restaurant named 'upstairs' at the kaibo yacht club
http://www.kaibo.ky/?page_id=3 - which is not on the rum point beach & is as fairly long walk.
if you wish to go in daytime you could rent a car. the drive takes about 45 mins & is pretty easy.

There is no regular ferry to Rum Point and the portion of Hyatt property that was closest to the canal was destroyed by Ivan and is in the process of being razed. Grand Cayman Beach Suites is located in what was the beach front portion of the Hyatt property.
As Virginia pointed out, some restaurants on the North Side do provide or make available water taxi transport for their guests. There is a free evening catamaran sail from Safe Haven near Seven Mile Beach to the Rum Point Club restaurant for dinner most days during high season and Kaibo offers a water taxi service for a fee.

You can reach Rum Point Club by driving a rental car or visiting as part of an excursion or tour.
