Ferry Service to & from Anguilla

I am going to vacation in St. Maarten from March 22 through the 26th. On the 24th I will be going to the Jimmy Buffett concert on Anguilla. It stars at 3PM and ends at sunset or so. When is the last ferry back to St. Maarten? How do I get back to St. Maarten if I miss that ferry? I want to go to the concert and not have to worry about leaving early. Are there any night ferries? Help

There is currently no night ferry. There is a sign-up list for some sort of night transportation for the concert at www.anguillaforum.com -- I just saw it today.

Again, thank you. What time does the last ferry to St. Maarten leave and how many people does it usually fit?

My current plan is to stay at the Westin on St. Maarten, but with this ferry situation and not knowing when the concert will be over, I might spend a night at the Turtle Beach Resort. Any thoughts? Thanks for your help.

The last ferry leaves at 6:30 or 7. If you're just looking for one night and you're going to the concert, Anguilla Great House & Rendezvous Bay Hotel are walking distance to the Dune (concert venue) and the Ferryboat Inn is close, as well. You would need a cab to get to Turtles' Nest.

Thanks for your help. The Great House is sold out as well as the Rendezvous. The concert ends at sunset hopefully before 7. I will also try the Ferry Boat Inn. I signed up for the website, maybe there will be some type of night transportation.
Thanks again...

The info is under "Events & Entertainment" -- I think they're trying to put together post-concert charters for those going back to SXM after the concert & they're trying to get a head count.

Check Patsy's Seaside Villas, as well.

You are really the best. I just called the Westin and they were useless. One woman said 9PM, another said 5:30 was the last ferry. Have you heard anything about the Westin?
All of the places want a three night minimum, so if I do that I would probably stay at the Turtle Nest. I am getting frustrated with the Westin.

Seriously, the last ferry leaves at either 6:30 or 7. The only thing I know about St Martin is what I see on my 20 minute trip every year from the airport to the ferry in Marigot. www.inns.ai has some info on local guesthouses that don't have minimum stays, I'm guessing. I know about Patsy's, Sydans and Easy Corner, all of which would be fine for a night after a party.

P.S. Even if the concert ends at sunset, the Dune party goes most of the night.

Just a warning about transport from St. Maarten to Anguilla. As you know, the ferry goes from the St. Martin side. When we were there, our trip from the St. Maarten side to the ferry took almost 1.5 hours due to traffic We were told it is usually 20 minutes, but that traffic back ups like that are not uncommon.
