St. Croix is set farther out from the other Virgin Islands. It is approximately 40 nautical miles or more away. There are fast boat ferries and planes from St. Croix to St. Thomas, and St. Thomas is the gateway to the BVI's. I don't know of any direct transportation from St. Croix to BVI's. Search the web under "Interisland ferry St. Thomas St. Croix U.S.V.I."

There is no single company, but Seaborne Airlines has a package with the ferry companies to the BVI that you can purchase: http://www.seaborneairlines.com/. I did a day trip from STX to Tortola on my last trip and had a blast. You take the Seaplane from STX to STT, then the ferry from STT to Tortola. They are right next to each other in Charlotte Amalie.
We loved the flight on the small seaplane (what a view!).
On the other hand, there is a ton to do on St. Croix, you might just want to explore all that the island has to offer.
