I may have narrowed my choices to Curacao or Barbados. Either the Marriott on Curacao or the new Hilton on Barbados

Any opinions on these two islands or hotels? Things really important is good snorkeling, great beaches - some touristy things (doesn't have to be a lot).

We have yet to explore Barbados, so I can only recommend Curacao. The airport is a modern one and clean. The Marriott has a big beach. They treat their guests very well. Big rooms and a very clean and well maintained hotel. Fort Nassau is a great place to go in the afternoon for a drink and some excellent viewing of the island. The seaquarium is worthwhile. A massive choice of good restaurants on the island as an option unless you plan on eating at the Marriott a lot. Their meals are also good. The breakfasts include champagne if you have the full buffet.
