COVID-19 test for Jamaica visit

Hello,
We are going to Jamaica soon. Just I would like to ask people who recently visited Jamaica, how process of checking your Covid test is going during the check-in on airline.
What kind of test you did? If they really asking that form with the test result should show Lab accreditation info.
And did you do same test on the way back? I'm from New York and here government is asking to do test on the back 3 days before for avoiding quarantine when you come back.
Any inputs and comments welcome and appreciated.

Thanks,

We have not had to do it. But, friends all have tested and been getting results back pretty fast. We want to go to Caribbean for New Years. I am researching the spit test ones. I feel like they may be more accurate than the swab to the brain! Good luck.
