Does anyone know if Caymanvacations.com is a reputable site to book a rental through?

It is. If you are looking into a condo or villa, also try VRBO.com.

I would use either VRBO.com or flipkey.com. VRBO is owned by Homeaway and flipkey is owned by trip advisor. Both offer good properties, I have used them before. Both of these sites let you see the interiors of the condos you are renting. You can (sometimes) get a discount if you are renting directly from the owner.

We used Grand Cayman Villas and were extremely happy with the service and value!

We rented "Thatch Hill" over by Rum Point. Loved the quiet location & proximity to activities.
