Look into staying on Grace Bay in Provo, Turks and Caicos. Most of the places are condo type. We are renting through vrbo.com, a unit at the Royal West Indies Resort. They have 1 bedroom units, so your little one can fall asleep early and you can still have some time to yourselves with out being cramped in the same room. There are a number of units at RWI on the vrbo sight, you will save around $100 per night by booking direct.Look at the reviews the Island gets! There are many repeat guests.

We stayed here on Grand Cayman with a six month old and had a wonderful trip. They had a crib in the room for us (pack n play) all set up and they changed the sheets on it and the maids even washed the baby bottles. Now that is relaxing!
It is about 10 to 15 minutes to town via car, but that allowed time for our baby to fall asleep. It worked out very well.
