Does anyone know if there is a place for a 23 year old to rent a car?

i just returned from st lucia and rented from [email protected]---that is their email address and ask for sandra. had great experience with them and excellent rates. try them.

Just returned from stay at villa above Hart Bay - we had no problem with bugs until sunset - stayed off the beach at sunset for sure - and when we sat outside made sure we were sitting with the breeze not in a sheltered spot.
