I would do a search first to get some great information for this same question.
As for "Luxury" hotel, not sure that any really fit that description.
Martineau Bay Resort is now owned by Starwood Resorts -- don't know if they have updated or anything. Its the only one that is on a sandy beach -- albeit very small!!

Bravo Beach is technically on a beach but its very very rocky and not your idea of a sandy carribean beach.
I've heard others like Inn on the Blue Horizon.

Hope that helps

I would rule out Bravaro beach. It is very small and in a congested part of Isabella Segundo. We stayed at Martineau Bay twice when it was a Wyndham and it is very nice. About the closest thing to luxury on Vieques. Nice spa too. Second choice would be Inn on the Blue Horizon but no beach. Good place to eat.

I agree with previous posters. Not a high level of luxury on Vieques. If that's what you're seeking, you may be happier elsewhere. Otherwise the Martineau Bay Resort followed by Inn on Blue Horizon (which is water front, just not beach front).
