Aruba the ABC or Divi resort?

HI, which would you pick: the Aruba Beach Club or Divi Village Golf and Beach Resort, I think they are in same location and about the same money. Suggestions??
Thanks

The Aruba Beach Club is directly on the beach. The Divi Village Golf and Beach Resort is across the road from the beach. The ABC is older, but has been renovated recently. Some units at the Divi are older and some are newer. There is no guarantee which room you will get. It is an easy walk from one to the other either along the beach or along the road. Go to www.tripadvisor.com and read the reviews, that might help.

I would stay at The ABC since it is on the beach, and seems to draw a bit quieter crowd than The Divi.

Thank you that is helpful, The ABC seems right, now I waiting to hear from them as to the big question How Much?
In case it's too much, any other suggestions on Time Share rentals in the same beach low-rise area? Thanks

You could also try CASA DEL MAR, which is right next door to ABC. Just curious about why a time-share? There are some very good buys in Aruba almost year-round except for the peak winter months.

Thanks, I'll look at the CAsa del Mar. We are going in the peak Winter months (Jan.) so we thought this was a less expensive option.

For Aruba Beach Club, go to www.arubabeachclub.net; for CasaDelMar, go to www.casadelmar-aruba.com. Another Time Share to look at is www.laquintaaruba.net. The first two are right on the beach, the last one you have to cross a road but the beach there is beautiful and worth the crossing. Renting from an owner will probably the cheapest way to go.
