Radisson: Palm Beach
Bucuti and Divi: Eagle Beach (no palm trees)
renaissance: downtown oranjestad.
my choice would be radisson. Beautiful grounds and at the best beach. Bucuti and divi are smaller less expensive resorts. Renaissance is a lovely hotel but there's no beach, you would have to go to eagle or palm
(correct me if im wrong)
Radisson could be quite pricey depending on the date and i believe they do not offer an all inclusive option. We stayed next door at the Occidental Allegro, great night shows and service (mileydis, nancy and theo are the best waiters i had in my life)
My husband and I are both in our twenties and were surprised to see there's not much nighlife in aruba.
Many casinos with entertainment (shows)
Dont forget to go to The flying Fishbone in Savaneta, its so incredible romantic, tables in the sand
right next to the water
soft music, go for the sunset.

Radisson hands down. In a great location with a fun bar for happy hour and to watch the sunset at the end of a pier just next door...called Kokoa's.
Beach is perfect and watersports are available close by. Zero entry pool, beautiful grounds, very nice rooms. We booked through USAirways vacartions and got a great deal. Also check Travelocity. They have great rates now...$179/night for garden view.
Definitely do the Kukoo Kunuku Party bus...we had a blast! And Carlos n Charlies is really fun too.

I would go with the Bucuti. Really nice beach. Go to www.bucuti.com for a web cam shot of the beach there. I prefer the low rise area of Aruba.

Though Aruba can be pricey in terms of dining to some people, its all relative. IMO I think that I've had finer dining there than anywhere else in the Carribbean....so to me the dinner is worth the extra money. It would be ashame to do all inclusive. I don't know if you are drinkers,(we are not) so dinner to us is never that costly. To curb costs we either eat breakfast or lunch. This gives us the chance to really enjoy our dinner which is always the best meal. I think that you will see that many people on this board have postive things to say about the Radisson. I can't say enough great things. ENJOY!

You should realize though, that the beach in front of Bucuti and Divi is MUCH better than the beach at Radisson and the other 'high-rise' hotels. We stayed at Bucuti several times and visited Palm Beach a few times and found the beach there unbearably crowded - it is much smaller.

Having stayed at the Bucuti in March, I would recommend the new Tara Suites if you choose the Bucuti. The beach here is DEFINETELY better and less crowded than the high-rise area. That said, however,it all depends on what you want. Bucuti/Eagle beach is VERY quiet..almost too much so at times. Palm/high-rise beach was crowded with tons of kids..it was spring break week, however...BUT, there was lots more to do at this end.I guess it just depends on what you want.Personally, while the island does have some fabulous restaurants, overall I find Aruba incredibly overated.

I pretty much agree with the above posters: Radisson for a larger, first-class hotel; Bucuti for a quiet, smaller hotel with a wider, less crowded beach.
One note: The Divi really isn't on Eagle Beach, which ends at the point between the Manchebo and the Divi. I believe the Divi area is called Druif Beach and it's not as nice as the Bucuti's beach.
The only reason I can imagine for staying at the Renaissance is if you wish to be close to shopping and casinos. I'm not a gambler, but I've heard that the casinos downtown are better than the ones in the Palm Beach hotels.
