surratts4,
I think you should ask this question of someone who's been to the island much more recently than me! When we visited, the kids were really little, so I don't think it would have made much of an impression on them to see topless people at the beach!

surratts4,
We're staying at a condo at Las Arenas at Simpson Bay Beach. The other couple going with us has rented the car -- will find out more for you. We'll be there the first two weeks in April -- I'll take a look from a child's point of view!
-- we actually have our 3 and 6 yr old grandaughters (and daughter) living with us, so I'll check it out as though we were taking them!

I'm the sister who is nagging her to go. Thanks for all of you who praised Aruba - a week in February/March with her loving sister and mate on a carribbean island - what is the hesitation here??????? Life is too short to hesitate!
