Sue; There are neat restaurants around the British Colonial, too. Are you familiar with the privately owned ferry that takes of by the Paradise Island Bridge, and takes you to the dock area in Nassau? Only costs several bucks apiece, and has neat guided tour on the way across the bay. Enough time to eat a lunch at Conch Fritters and other places. There are neat little restaurants which specialize in particular items. The Conch Fritters, across Bay Street from the British Colonial has a macaroni & cheese side order that's unique, and which would humbalize Emeral on the Food Channel. Let me know if you want the recipe for it; I got it off the cook after hours whilst he was having a few Kahliks at the bar. Robert
