Airline tickets to Puerto Rico

We have booked a cruise that starts on December 15th in San Juan. We think that it would be better to spend the previous night December 14th) in San Juan, to make sure that we get on the ship on time. Right now the best airfare that we find is between $350-400. Do you think this is a good price or we should wait? We are not flexible with the date because of the cruise.

Thanks.

It's impossible to give you an answer about the fares without knowing where you are travelling from.

That seems like a good price from the NYC area.

Hello, I agree that this is a decent price. Considering the fact that you don't have any date flexibility because of the cruise and you are flying during a high peak holiday season, this sounds like a good price. Also, if you haven't done so already, if you stay in Old San Juan, you might be able to just walk to the pier where the cruise ship will depart from- that way you save on cab fare the next day.

Thanks everyody for your advice!

We just booked the tickets at $354 each, which includes tax. We will, definitely, book a hotel in Old San Juan to be close to the pier, as suggested, and do some sightseeing before the cruise.
