Hope this isn't too late....
Boat trip to the Tornto Islands for a day or half day.
CN tower if it's a clear day. Bring a street map, and binoculars if you have them.
Visit Chinatown in the evening and have the best value Chinese (or Thai, Sri Lankan, Indian...) meal you've ever had.

Second to CN tower and to boat ride to islands. Visit the Tilly store for great outdoor/travel gear.
Bata Shoe Musuem looks interesting.
The St Lawrence market is great for browsing as well as great place for breakfast.
The only castle in the city Casa Loma is interesting.
The Scarborough Bluffs are interesting also
