The Nelligan hotel has a nice restaurant Verses; if you're planning on strolling on St. Paul that day, the St. Sulpice hotel would also be nice for lunch.
The two are at St. Paul and St. Sulpice street area.
On sunday, you could do late breakfast and find nice brunch offerings in most hotels- and some places like Beauty's (packed on weekends).
it all depends on where you are staying and what area you'll be in at that time according to your activities.

And on Saturday, do check out, if you are in Old Montreal, Olive et Gourmando on St-Paul street. The best sandwiches in town and scrumptious brioches with Varlhona chocolate.... mmmmmmmmmmm. http://www.oliveetgourmando.com
