Tidy's will deliver there.

My last dealing with them involved recommending Tidy's to a friend in London, England, who wanted to send flowers to her sister when the sister moved to Toronto.
The Londoner sent me a note a couple of days later reporting that her sister thought the flowers were wonderful.
I'm sort of in the flower business, and know that Tidy's works hard at maintaining its reputation.

I've received from unusual, beautiful arrangements from Demarco Perpich (Yonge St, S of St Clair), but I think that they might be expensive.

Try www.bloomendirect.com - it lists a series of florists across different areas in North America including Toronto. I've always been really happy with the flowers sent/received through florists who are registered under this website.
