Stay in Tadoussac or Bergeronnes?
We are coming to whale watch after 2 days in Baie St. Paul in late June. Then going to Anse St. Jean/Fjord for kayaking and hiking and sailing.
Do you recommend staying in Tadoussac or is it too touristy? Is Bergeronnes better for our night there? Recommendations for places to stay? We have 2 teens, ages 16 and 18 who enjoy being active and eating good food!

Hi,
You might find some ideas for food from my trip report (very similar itinerary!):
Charlevoix and Saguenay trip report - LONG!
Are you campers? Have several friends who recommended this place in Bergeronnes (also a good spot for a tour to kayak with whales):

We stayed in Tadoussac at a B&B so can't help with lodging in Bergeronnes. Tadoussac was very touristy - especially with boat loads of tourists coming for the day by bus! But it was quite pleasant to walk around the evening once they had cleared out!
