Spa recommendations for the mountains near Montreal?

Been researching spas in the mountains near Montreal and there are many. Does anyone have an personal experience - negative or positive - with any to help me narrow the choices? We are looking for the spa experience plus a bit of hiking and/or biking. A bonus would be canoeing/kayaking there or nearby. This would be for two to three nights, midweek.

I haven't been there, but friends have raved about Le Scandinave at Mont Tremblant. It's strictly a spa, so you would have to stay elsewhere.

If you stay at Mont Tremblant, the village itself is on a lovely lake where I have seen people kayaking and canoeing. As well, the village is on/near a wonderful bike trail called Le Petit Train du Nord. It is a converted rails-to-trails system which runs for 200 km from Mont Laurier in the North to St Jerome in the south.

Here is a link to spas in the Quebec.

I have gone to Spa Eastman in Montreal, but its not the same as going North of Montreal. So would really like to hear about spa trips/experiences in Quebec too.
