Shediac Beach worth it if going to PEI?
My husband and I are planning to travel for a week or so, going from the Moncton area (see the Bay of Fundy/ Hopewell rocks) to PEI to Cape Breton and then flying out of Halifax. Since we are planning to spend time on PEI and plan to go to beaches there, is it worth it to also go Shediac and Parlee Beach? Will the water be much warmer there? We like beaches, but we have limited time, so unfortunately we have a lot of picking and choosing to do.
Thanks as always in advance for your help.

It's beebn a long time since I've been to either place, but we used to have a cottage facing the water at Parlee Beach a million years ago, and that was a wonderful beach for little kids. The tide would go out and there were pools of water that would warm up, and they were shallow enough, and warm enough, kids could play for housrs.
Over on PEI I usually encountered "bigger" water.
And I have no idea about added amenities at PArlee Beach since it got more "official" and developed than inmy day.
But, generally, I think if time is tight, and there are no children, go to PEI.
