Restaurant suggestions for Mt. Tremblant region

Last year I got some great restaurant suggestions for Mt. Tremblant. Here's where we ate:
Tremblant Hotel (very good)
Le Cheval de Jade (outstanding!!!)
The microbrewery in the pedestrian village (loud, mediocre food)
A pizza place in St. Jovite (great ice sculptures, so-so food)

Anyway, I'm looking for some new suggestions for this year (Feb). Perhaps restaurants off the beaten path a bit? Not in pedestrian village at least? Prefer French.

Thank you!!!

Perhaps L'Eau a la Bouche would be a good one to try. It's a bit of a drive from Tremblant but still in the region, and truly one of the best restaurants in Canada.

Thank you. It looks heavenly. Do you know how far from Tremblant it is? I tried to email them but it came back. Thanks.

It might be about a 40 minute drive or so. I have gone there for dinner on the way up to Tremblant and recall that it is located slightly more than halfway from Montreal.

We love L'Auberge Sauvignon in the village of Mt. Tremblant (NOT in the pedestrian village of the resort, but in the real town of Mr. Tremblant)
