Public Transportation from Seattle to Vancouver
We are working on travel arrangements to Vancouver for the 2010 Olympics. My search has included the possibility of flying into Seattle and then continuing on by ground to Vancouver. Through my research I have found many possibilities with including Quick Shuttle service. Any advice on this type of transportation; or something that I might have missed? Thanks!

There's also the Amtrak train which currently runs once a day, from Seattle to Vancouver in the morning, returning in the evening. Amtrak also runs a bus service.
The train is the much better option IMO because it's more scenic and you don't have to go through customs at the border. So if it works for your schedule that would be my choice.

I'm guessing there will be some sort of customs when you get on the train, so there'll be no escaping it. But I would seriously look at the train option as it's fairly inexpensive as well. Both Quick Shuttle and the train conclude at the same location in Vancouver.

Yes, sorry not to be clear--you do of course have to clear customs when you take the train but you don't have to stop at the border, line up and wait with the other buses, take your luggage out from underneath the bus, etc. It's a smoother process.
