People from Saskatchewan

This isn't travel related so I apologize in advance, but I would just like to know what you call someone from Saskatchewan. A Saskatchewanian? A Saskatchewaner? Thanks very much.

I'd like to hear replies on this as well. I've lived here all my life - I've heard the term Saskatchewanian but never the other. Generally people just say "I'm from Saskatchewan". (It's really enough of a mouth full even in that form!)

I agree that Saskatchewan has produced many fine people - I was back there in Aug for a family reunion and am amazed at many of my relatives who still live there.

It was also incredible to see those beautiful skies and fields of grain as far as the eye can see - hadnt been back for 5 years so had kind of forgotten

I was in Switzerland visiting Einstein's apartment museum. I signed the guest book on entering and as I was browsing, I heard someone exclaim, "there's somebody here who's from Saskatoon." It was a couple from Florida who often vacation in Saskatoon. (go figure) No matter where I go, I often meet somebody with a Saskatchewan connection. Saskatchewanians is the name I've heard most often. It's that Rider Pride.

My boyfriend's from Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, and he calls himself and those from his home province 'boggies' (as in those from the bogs).
