Number of days in Vancouver and Victoria

Number of days in Vancouver and Victoria
We are thinking 4days Vancouver then early flight to Victoria. Should we stay 2 or 3 nights? Plan Whale Watch trip, Butchart gardens, Wine tour and check out Harbor area. Will we see enough in 2 days or plan for 3? Any specific recommendations helpful. Thanks

Have you been to either before?
They definitely have a different feel. Vancouver is much larger and Victoria much more laid-back. There is more to see in Vancouver, that's for sure.
The ferry-boat ride over is beautiful but perhaps you prefer to fly.
