Mother's Day in Quebec City?

This seems like a silly question, but is Mother's Day celebrated in Canada? We'll be staying in Quebec City on Mother's Day and would like to go out for a special brunch that day (a Sunday). Do you have any suggestions for someplace a group of 6 adults and 2 small children could go?

Thank you!

The brunch at the Chateau Frontenac would be quite special. Pricey ($40 I believe) but I heard many people rave about it.

Yes, Mother's Day is celebrated in Canada.

Most holidays celebrated in the USA are also celebrated in Canada, with exception to a few which are entirely American by nature (like President's Day, or Martin Luther King Jr day).

Brunch is very popular on mother's day so wherever you decide to go, don't forget to reserve ahead of time; specially for a table of 8.
