Montreal humidity in July
I will be traveling to Montreal and Quebec City in mid-July. I keep hearing about the humidity there at this time of year. Can anyone who lives in either of those two cities let me know what the humidity runs at this time of year? Is it in the 80-90% humidity levels? Does it cool off in the evenings? Thank you!

I don't live in Montreal, but I've been there many times in mid summer. Like most cities in the northeast, it can get hot and humid in the summer, but not as bad as New York or Philadelphia, and certainly nothing like cities in the southeast. Many days can be very pleasant and even a little brisk in the early morning. Evenings are almost always comfortable, usually in the 60's. Quebec City is usually a little cooler and less humid than Montreal.

I just looked at the Montreal forecast:

On the left side of the page there is a link to "Historical Weather". I don't think that you will find the humidity to be a problem compared to Houston!
