How Canadian is this?

Yesterday we where heading out for a walk when a beaver crossed our path, slipped through a hole in the creek ice and swam under a hockey game to reach its lodge carrying some of our condo's landscaping for dinner. Does it get any more Canadian than that?

That's great! Did you get a picture?

Did the beaver also have a Molson's?

Seems a good time to revisit this ageless classic brought to you by "Uncle Maple Leaf" (aka - the Canadian government)

Just throw in some delusional sense of having European social welfare, and you've got yourself one hell of an experience here.

Canada is so great, for reasons not limited to the fact that Canadian stereotypes don't even offend anybody. In fact, it is quite rewarding to challenge yourself among friends to dig even deeper to find or depict the most telling Canadian stereotypes.

Long live "The Hoser Hut".

Amen, Northwest. I experienced a lot this in the few years I lived in Newfoundland.

What endeared the Newfies to me was their ability to laugh at themselves.

It takes a secure and contented people to do so.
