I use a website called europeandestinations.com which gives very good discounts for travel and hotels in europe but i'm looking for something for Canada. I'm not interested in tours.. moreless multi city destinations w/ air and maybe train

ex: Quebec City, Montreal & Toronto or Toronto & Montreal by rail

couldn't find much online as it seems to be tailored for tours

yes i took a look at that earlier for the train portion.. i just haven't found a good site yet that will bundle airfare, hotels, and the like

It's quite possible there isn't such a site. I think you would have to do train + hotels or air+ hotels.
