Fishing Guide for Maligne Lake
We're traveling to Jasper, Alberta in September and some in our group would like to go fishing. I'm guessing that Maligne Lake would be the best.
I've looked online for fishing guides, but I'd rather have Fodorites' recommendations.
We'll also be staying 3 nights in the Lake Louise area and 2 nights in the Banff area if you think those areas would be better to fish.
Just looking for a half-day or possibly one full day.
Thanks in advance!
Juli

Online Sport and Tackle ("Online" refers to fishing, not the internet) does trips to Maligne. 780-852-3630 or find their email on Jasper Tourism's website: www.jaspercanadianrockies.com

Thanks krp!
After talking with Mike, the owner, I booked a half day fishing trip for 9 of us. His rates were better than the other outfitters I checked with. Plus, he's been doing this for 24 years and after just chatting with him, I can tell he's the right one!
