dog hates fireworks going to canada!

Where can we go north of Stratford where there won't be any fireworks July 1 through July 5? Looking for small secluded charming motel near someplace to drive for nice dinner. Thanks!

Is the dog chipped? No matter what, have a vet insert a microchip!

i'm a fool july 1 is canada day, all about fireworks. so, next question: how about going up there after july 1, like july 2-5? will there still be fireworks going on, like in Chicago, where they go all month, before and after July 4? Thanks!

Are you coming from Chicago?
Fireworks will only be on Canada Day in most locations. Unless you are on the border like in Sarnia/Port Huron or Windsor/Detroit or Niagara Falls where the celebrations go on for several days. Try St. Jacobs or Elmira area- Mennonite towns near Stratford.

Before going to Canada, you will need to take your dog to the vet and get a health certificate.
