I found another B&B that looks interesting. It is called Twin Gables and is located at 611 - 25 Avenue SW. That is on the other side of downtown, but still in a trendy area with great restaurants on 4th Street (The Wildwood Grill and Brewing Company at 2417 - 4th Street gets rave reviews). This B&B does have some rooms with private baths (that would be my caveat too - sorry about that last time) and a double room goes from $89 to $250 Canadian. http://www.twingables.ca/
