Best Crepes in Quebec City & Montreal

Planning a trip to Quebec for this fall. I'd like to find the best restaurants for crepes in both Montreal or Quebec City.

Thanks,
Chris

My wife and I just returned from Quebec City and had crepes for breakfast at "Le Creperie". We both really enjoyed them. I had the egg & mushrooms and my wife had the apple and cheese. They were very good but I must admit that I have only had crepes once before so I may not be the best person to critique them. The restaurant is located next to the Chateau Frontenac - you can't miss it - I believe it was on rue Saint Louis. We paid around $25 for the two crepes, a half grapefruit, and tea/coffee. The crepes were very filling - my wife couldn't eat all of hers.

Believe it or not, the best crepe I had in Montreal was from a street vendor at the Atwater Market!

I went to Quebec City on a french exchange program ten years ago. I remember a place in Old Quebec called Casse Crepe Breton. I may be completely wrong about the spelling, after all, it was ten years ago, but they had the most amazing crepes.

Just back from Quebec City. We ate good crepes at Casse Crepe and Au Petit Coin Breton (down the street from each other). The crepes were good, but the service was very slow at both- just go an hour or two before you're actually hungry.

Casse Crepe Breton on the Rue St. Jean is the best place in Quebec City for Crepes. I recommend fresh strawberries with chocolate on top. The best part is the staff, who have a great vibe about them - and you can watch them make the crepes if you can stand to sit in the smoking section.
