banff - massage
i would like to have a relaxing massage arranged in banff. has anyone had one at pleiades (banff upper hot springs), red earch spa at banff caribou lodge or sally borden at the banff centre. the banff centre is the cheapest but because it's a fitness facility, i wondering if the spa area is nice. i know their pool area really smelled like sweaty people. any suggestions. it's a splurge for me so i want to pick a good one. i like the idea of having a pool or hot tub to enjoy in addition to the massage.

i'm actually considering the rimrock. it's such a beautiful hotel. are the spa and pool areas really nice? lots of windows with views? thanks. i've heard a few good reviews of the one up at the hot springs too. the rimrock would be about 30% more.

I didn't have a massage there, but I can tell you that the spa and hot tub area at Red Earth at Banff Caribou is really nice. Sounds like you can't make a bad choice with the options you are considering!

My wife liked www.mountainspa.ca which is downtown and better priced than the Banff Springs or the Rimrock.

just thought i'd update...i ended up going to pliades spa up at the banff hot springs. it was really good and will return. middle of the road cost wise for banff and being able to soak in the hot springs afterwards was great.
