Banff/Lake Louise
I'm trying to plan a snowboarding trip on the last week of November. Never been to the rockies before and was wondering if its a good time for skiing/snowboarding? We only have 3 full day for snowboarding on the mountains, is it enough time to try out all 3 mountains? Thanks!

last week of november...they may have some runs open. i think sunshine "makes" snow but i don't think lake louise does. i don't think the ski hills had all their runs open last year until the end of december.

I'm talking about Sunshine Village, Norquay and Lake Louise. If november is too early, when is a good time to go to enjoy powdery conditions? What about whistler/Blackcomb? How is it like during late Nov.? Thank you for the replies!

Probably your best bet at any of the mentioned resorts is mid December to mid February. This applies to Whistler/Blackcomb too. However having said that - any one of these places could receive a huge dump of snow tomorrow!!!
