Are there direct flights from Quebec City to Burlington, VT?
We are travelling from Melbourne, Australia for a month. Leaving in a week. Stuck a bit of a quandary and need the help of those who review this site. We are travelling to Quebec City via plane from Toronto after spending a few nights in Niagara Falls and previous to that NYC. Can't wait! We have a couple of days spare before we have to be in Boston MA and would like to go direct from Quebec City to Burlington VT, preferably by plane given, after a bit of research, car hire seems excessive across the Canadian/USA border and the train seems to take us back to Montreal... which seems silly. Does anyone know if there is a direct flight service. The service providers we have viewed appears to take us around the country before getting back to Burlington, VT. Please help!!
Thanks

For flights you can use this site to check:
www.kayak.com
you will see there is nothing direct or non-stop; you would have to go through Toronto or through Newark, New Jersey, or even Philadelphia depending upon the airline used.
It may seem "silly" to you to go back to Montreal but given your other concerns maybe that's what you will have to do.

Hello Cossy63,
Probably the cheapest and most direct way is catch one of the Orleans Express buses from Quebec City to Montreal, which run almost every hour and then catch a Boston-bound bus to Burlington. Check Greyhound's website to see when the buses pass through Burlington.
Best wishes, Daniel

Meilleurs voeux, Daniel
(Sorry to hijack this thread, cossy. Hope you have a great trip however you decide to go from Burlington to Quebec City.)
