Perth, there isn't one. Instead, stores and food etc are intermingled throughout the entire city region. Perth is quite multicultural and "blended".

No such animal in Perth. If it's Indian food products you're looking for, you can find a few good shops in Northbridge. We also have a boatload of excellent Indian food resturants, but they're well scattered.
