Is there any reason to book guided tours in Rotorua in advance or can you just go to the Rotorua i-Site the day you arrive to book everything? We are looking to do the typical things, geothermal, Maori, etc. We will need transportation, as we are not going to rent a car. I would like to do outdoorsy stuff to the extent that we can, but I will have 2 young children with me. For reference, we will be arriving August 1, so I'm assuming it should not be especially busy this time of year. Is i-Site the best place to use? Thanks!
