We are going to Fiji in late November. Are there any surf spots you would recommend? Have you ever surfed there?

Octopus reort on Waya has a bit of a surf. Most islands are surrounded by reefs and the waves are about as big as a ripple! There is surf in Fiji, I believe, but we never saw it in the Y's or M's islands. Hawaii might be better if you're lokking for surf. Waimea was huge when we visited in 2000.
