Renewing our vows during our vacation

Greetings Everyone,
My wife and I will be celebrating our 25th anniversary next year by taking a 3 week once-in-a-lifetime vacation to Australia (mid July - early August 2010). The initial plan is to visit Darwin (Kakadu), Ayers Rock, Port Douglas, and Sydney. Before I mention it to my wife, I want to see if it is possible to renew our vows in some romantic location during our trip. I would greatly appreciate and and all help.
Thanks!

Scudam,
Of course it will be possible. Would you want a religious or civil ceremony? Many romantic possibilities sping to mind.
Uluru with the rock behind you, Port Douglas in the Chapel which overlooks the coral sea or on a boat on Lake Barrine.
Congratulations and good luck with your planning and celebrations.

Thank you all. Salty, I would think it would be a simple civil ceremony. All of the sites sound great, but my next question would be, how could I arrange something like that? I suppose I could contact St Mary's but if my wife wanted to do it at Uluru any suggestions how to set that up? Again, thanks for all of the help!
