Places to eat in Cairns, Australia
We will be arriving in Cairns in the beginning of February for 5 days and will be staying at the Hilton. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for nice places to eat while we are there.

You won't have to leave the Hilton for this one - on ground floor overlooking Trinity Inlet. Hanuman - www.hanuman.com.au - Cairns is the latest from Jimmy Shu of Hanuman (Thai/Indian/Nonya) fame in Darwin and Alice Springs.
