Phantom of the Opera on show in Sydney or Melbourne?

I've heard that Sydney or Melbourne has good productions and would like to see the Phantom of the Opera.

Can anyone please tell me which theatre(s) the play is going on stage during Apr 9 - Apr 14? Thanks for your help.

Had a look for you and I can't find any details but two places to check are Ticketek where most tickets get sold for big events -
http://premier.ticketek.com.au/Ticketek/default.asp
Also try www.cityseach.com.au
The Producers is the next big play/musical coming on in Melbourne, they are selling tickets now.

The other ticket agency is
ticketmaster.com.au - however, I don't think the Phantom is on in either Sydney or Melbourn - certainly not Sydney anyway.
The biggest show in Sydney at present is The Lion King.

I forgot to mention that there are always a variety of plays, concerts etc. at the Opera House - their website for details is: sydneyoperahouse.com.au

I'm afraid you've "missed the boat" (or the Phantom in this case) Jane, I saw Phantom of the Opera what must have been about 8 years ago here in Sydney, and I feel fairly confident it's long finished it's run in Melbourne too !

However, if you wish to see a show in either city, simply copy this link (http://melbourne.citysearch.com.au/section/the-arts/) into your browser and select the "genre" you're interested in from the available menu. That link is for Melbourne, you could either go back to the main "Citysearch" menu and follow the links to Sydney, or simply 'cut' Melbourne out of the URL above and substitute 'Sydney' instead.
