Hey jimfitz1, glad you enjoyed Kinloch Lodge. Sitting at the top of the lake at sunset and watching the reflections might be one of my favorite experiences in NZ, too.

I would second jimfitz1's appraisal of Cozy kiwi (Te Anua) and Kinloch Lodge. Both were run by owners who really offer a great travel experience.....different styles of lodging but both were exceptional. Highly recommended...10 stars?
