On friday 31st july i booked a ticket for germany to italy and it cost $867.00, transaction failed and the money is still in pending... I have no ticket and no refund yet??? I need to get in contact with customer service in Australia and i dont know the number, can anybody help? I just want my money back..

There have been threads about Bravofly on the Air Travel forum . . . and they are mostly not good

Unfortunately i did not do ant research... Where else can i post it??? I just need the Phone Number for Bravofly in Australia as i booked it from Australia.. But my partner is in germany

What do you mean by “the transaction failed”? Does that mean your credit card payment was not approved, or does it mean Bravofly failed to provide the requested ticket? In either case, call your credit card company right away and ask them to cancel the charge. In most cases if the vendor does not complete the sale it is the responsibility of the credit card company to go after them to get the money back. Be persistent and good luck.

Finding someone to talk to in Australia is unlikely. Use the ‘change forum’ drop down menu at the top of this post to go to the air travel forum and use the search function for Bravofly. If you haven’t already, you will see lots of similar problems. Unfortunately, no suggestions for an easy fix.
