It would help us to know:
City/town/ suburb
Budget
Style - do you prefer hotel/apartment

The major brands hotels are in the big cities and some of the tourist destination.

Country town hotels offer a very wide range of experiences.

Sydney and Melbourne will have the colonial classics like the Windsor.
