Well there's lots of hotels in quite a few different cities and yes, they supply beds and with somewhere over 200 countries from which people have at some stage emigrated to Australia, there's a huge choice of foods.
We have from temperate to tropical climate and December will be warm/humid in the tropics and southern regions mild, warming up to also being hot but with less humidity.
You ought to scroll down and check out some threads and trip reports to get an idea of where you might want to head and then have a look at sites like www.wotif.com
http://www.lordhoweisland.info/ is one remarkable offshore location that would make a great part of a honeymoon.

bonjourvn,
Welcome to Fodors!
Let me suggest that you first need to decide where you want to go, how long you want to stay and an approximate budget. We can give you better answers if you first do some preliminary planning and narrow your focus. If you ask us specific questions, you are more likely to get specific answers.

Browsing guide books would be a start. Go to your library or a large book shop and look through books to see what appeals to you. Australia is huge and you need to decide in what area you want to spend your honeymoon.
Also, go to the top of this web site and click on "Destinations" for information on Australia and hotels in different areas.

Requesting information about food and hotels in Australia is like asking about hotels and food in the USA. There is great diversity in both countries so people need to know what part of the country interestgs you before they can help.
