You can't find a website or email because these kinds of apartments are not in the hospitality business - they are apartments that people buy or rent and then some are leased out to vacationers. Some have great numbers of very noisy students.
My guidelines in dealing with serviced apartments in Sydney are these:
1 - it has to have a 24 hour front desk
2 - it should not require a desposit greater than 3 nights accommodation
3 - this deposit should be refundable up to a week prior to arrival.
