Hi, would appreciate information on travelling from Brisbane airport to Coolum. I believe that there are buses at the airport - do they run regularly? Any need to book or can we buy tickets on the day? Any information on trains would also be great (will get picked up from bus/train station on arrival).

Yes - there are shuttles - cost about $30 & takes about 1.5 hours. Will look up the name for you. You do need to book. There would be a train, too but not sure that it goes into Coolum.

You're most welcome - and I forgot to say that Henry will drop you off at your doorstop if it's close to the main road.

I can just add that from brisbnae Airport they have lots of buses up and down the coast, going south the Gold Coast Express but have no idea about trains north so the bus seems the way to go.
